RETURNS

You can return your ordered items up to 30 days from the invoice date for a refund if they are in the same condition as you have received them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please include your delivery note (included in original package and send by email) to your return. If the delivery note is not included, we might not be able to assign the return to your specific order.


GERMANY

Free return shipping. Please contact support@campolibre.eu (including your order number) to get your free return label. If you do not make use of our free return service, we are not responsible if your shipment gets lost or damaged in transit.

 
OTHER COUNTRIES
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide you with a free returns label outside of Germany. Please return the goods at your own expense with tracking and tracing including the delivery note to:

RECLAMATIONS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our service team at support@campolibre.eu will help you out as quickly as possible.
