Chance that your camping neighbor will come over to eat : ...the question is rather whether you want to give anything away at all...?

You need this:

  • 100g bulgur or couscous
  • 4 vine tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 50g chopped mint
  • 100g chopped parsley
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional, for a kick)
  • Vegetable broth
  • olive oil
  • 1 pr Salt

This is what you have to do:

Step 1:
100g bulgur, 2 shallots, 50g mint, 80g parsley, lemon, oil, salt, pepper

Cook the bulgur in vegetable broth according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into small cubes.

Step 2:
Add the finely chopped shallots, mint, parsley and lemon to the bulgur, season everything with oil, salt and pepper and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
Step 3:
1/2 cucumber, 4 tomatoes, pomegranate seeds

Chop the cucumber and tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the bulgur. Mix everything together.

If you're hungry, flatbread, hummus and falafel are delicious side dishes.
