Nutty Overnight Oats
For those of you, who already like to get excited about breakfast the following morning.

Chance that your camping neighbor will come over for breakfast: only for early birds!
You need:
- 250ml milk or plant-based alternative
- 100g steel cut oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter, cashew butter...)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or another sweetener such as agave syrup or honey)
- 1 pinch salt
- Topping of choice (berries, pomegranate, cinnamon, fruit or similar)
Let's do this:
Step 1:
To a mason jar or bowl with a lid, add milk, chia seeds, nut butter, maple syrup, and salt and stir with a spoon to combine.
Step 2:
Add oats and stir a few more times. Then press down with a spoon to make sure all oats are covered with liquid.
Step 3:
Cover securely with a lid and set in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Step 4:
Go crazy is the motto for the next morning: personalize your overnight oats with the toppings you like or what you can find in the van!
